Self Instructional Computer Labs
Wireless Printing
With “Wireless Printing” students with wireless access
can print from anywhere on campus, and pick
them up in ACM and JB computer labs! By "anywhere" we mean any place
that you can log onto the CSUSB wireless network.
Select your computer's operating system from
the menu on the left to begin setting up your
computer for printing. But before you do, here
are a few important things to remember:
- To add the “Wireless Printer” to
your printer list you must already
be logged on to the CSUSB Wireless Network.
- You will need your MyCoyote username
and password to log onto the CSUSB
wireless network.
- To identify your print jobs, you must
know your “Computer Name” or “IP
Address”
- These instructions have been written specifically for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Mac OS X. Wireless Printing may work with other Operating Systems but has not been tested by Academic Computing and Media.
- Academic Computing & Media is not
directly affiliated with the administration
or support of the CSUSB Wireless
Network.
- ACM Computer Lab Technicians are
not required or trained to assist users
in configuring laptops or other devices.
- Labs are not responsible for
documents printed out by mistake.
Students can contact the IRT Support
Center at x7677 (PL-022) for assistance
on accessing the CSUSB Wireless Network.
