Special Events Form

If you would like to request equipment for a special event, please contact Garrett Trask at extension 77708 or by email gtrask@csusb.edu.

PLEASE NOTE:Requests for equipment must be received within the following time frame:

• 3 days prior to events occurring on weekdays (business days).
• 2 weeks prior to events occurring on weekends.

All requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from Media Services.
