Smart Classrooms - Equipment Operating Instructions

The following information applies to all Smart Classrooms. Equipment in Lecture Halls may vary. If you have any questions, need assistance or would like training on any of the equipment located in these rooms, please contact Media Services (909) 537-5060.

The Control Panel in the cabinet is for controlling the Video Projector and sound volume.
The on and off buttons will control the projector. Volume for any source can be controlled with the projector off. Hit Audio up then select the source to use it.

  • To use the VCR select VCR on the Panel.
  • To use the DVD select DVD on the Panel.
  • For closed captioning select the CC button.
  • To use the Computer select PC computer on the Panel.
  • If you have a Laptop, connect it to the VGA cable in the lower shelf and select Laptop on the Panel.

Please turn off projector when done to preserve the life of the bulb.
Please turn of all equipment when done to save energy.
