What is IEMG?

Formerly known as KCSB Channel 3 San Bernardino, the City of San Bernardino’s Government Access television channel is managed by the City of San Bernardino’s Economic Development Agency. IEMG offers a wide range of programming including public meetings and a variety of original local programs.

IEMG’s primary market population is composed of households in the City of San Bernardino. IEMG is broadcasting 24/7 and is carried by the following providers:

  • Charter Cable: Ch. 3
  • AT&T U-Verse: Channel 99
  • Verizon FIOS: Channel 3

For the first time ever, advertising in the form of thirty-second commercials, banner-ads, show sponsorships, and business showcases is available on a local government access channel. Advertising is available 24/7, during Bulletin Board hours and Regular Programming hours.
