ACM Marketing accepts no responsibility for the products, services, or claims offered through advertisements. The advertiser assumes liability for advertised products and services, and agrees to assume any and all responsibility for claims occurring thereafter against ACM Marketing. ACM Marketing makes a reasonable effort to screen potential advertisers and reserves the right to refuse advertising that endorses alcohol, is obscene, sexist, racist, or contains content deemed unsuitable for our audience. We reserve the right to not offer any reason for refusal of advertisements. If an advertisement has been contracted, ACM Marketing reserves the right to cancel such advertising if it is misleading, in bad taste, fraudulent, or otherwise determined unacceptable by ACM Marketing management.Payment
Payment in advance is required on all accounts and must accompany each order. If payment is not received at the time of the agreement, the agreement is null and void. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be turned over to a collection agency, an additional $25 charge and legal fees will be assessed. All expenses incurred during this process are the advertiser’s responsibility.
