Resetting your myCoyote Account Password

Resetting your MyCoyote account should be a fairly simple process. We have modified the instructions for purposes of clarity. Please read through all the steps before selecting Reset Your Password below.

1. Enter in your Coyote ID Number (starts with a zero)
2. Leave the Password field blank!
3. Select the Forgot Password Button.

After you select Forgot Your Password, you will arrive on a new page. Follow these steps:

1. Answer the "challenge question" correctly to proceed to the next step.*
2. Enter your password twice, then select "Change Password"
   1. If you want to change your "challenge questions", select "Setup/Change Answers to Authentication Questions". Otherwise.
3. select the Logout Button.

*Note: If you do not set any challenge questions you will not be able to reset your password in the future without assistance
