Wage Ranges: Starting at $7.50 per hour

ACM Service Area Overview:

The Coyote OneCard is the official multipurpose ID card at Cal State San Bernardino, which combines the functions of numerous cards that CSUSB patrons have been using for university services and is available to all students, staff, and faculty with some additional convenient features.

Qualifications:

Candidates will have the following experience, skills, interests and abilities:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be professional in appearance
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Windows operating system, etc.)
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly is essential
• Must be trustworthy, conscientious, and responsible
• Have an understanding of the policies of STP, its purpose, and goals
  

• The Technician will work in Coyote One Card office, Media Services, and Special Events.
• Dealing with confidential information
• Producing cards and badges for campus community
• Assigning privileges when necessary and providing patrons with privilege information
• Adding patrons into Coyote One card database.
  

Reports to:

The STP Area Supervisor and the Coyote OneCard Office Manager

Performance evaluation is done by the STP Area Supervisor in conjunction with Area Staff

Career Path:

After a period of service, the Coyote OneCard Technician is eligible to move within other STP positions; these moves could include advanced skill level, supervisor, highly technical or managerial positions.
