What if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, just come to the Coyote OneCard office and we will make you a new one. Your first two (2) Coyote OneCards are free. Upon receiving your third (3rd) card, there is a charge of $10.00. When you receive a new card, your old card is automatically invalidated.

Where can I use my card on campus?

The OneCard offers you easy access to privileges exclusive to the campus community.
  • Library services: Web access & Library Checkout
  • Self-Instructional Computer Labs
  • Campus Recreation Services (Gym)
  • Health Center Services
  • ASI Box Office
  • Commons
  • Bookstore
The OneCard becomes a purchasing card at many locations on campus simply by adding funds onto your OneCard at the Foundation Food Services office, located in the upper commons (CO-209) or at the Foundation Cashiers window located in the Foundation Office Building or any of the Card Value Center Machines located at these locations on campus:

Can I get a new photo taken?

Sure. Just come down to the OneCard office.

How can I add money to my card?

Depositing funds onto your OneCard is easily done at the Foundation Services cashier's window, between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.. The cashier is located in the Foundation Building at the west end of campus. Funds may be added at any time thereafter. Cash or credit cards are the only means by which money can be transferred to your card. Funds may be added as often as needed although there is a $10.00 service fee for any refunds.

Food: You can add money to your card to use as a debit card on campus for food and at the bookstore by going to the Foundation building. For students with a meal plan (i.e. dorm students), you can add money at the commons.

Can I still use my OneCard after I graduate or if I stop attending classes?

No. You must be a registered student for the current quarter in order for you card to be accepted.

What if I am a student and also a staff or faculty member?

You will receive a OneCard as a Student and a seperate card for being a Faculty/Employee. With these two cards, you will be able to have both student and faculty/employee privileges.
