Strategic Plan



Goal 1

Utilize technology to support the acquisition, application and dissemination of knowledge for the learning process.

Objectives:

1.1 Provide access to and support for educational technology delivery systems.
1.2 Develop strategies for consultative support and interaction.
1.3 Create and support learning centers for technology skills enhancement.
1.4 Develop and support the creation of multimedia for curricular enrichment.
1.5 Provide access to tools and methods for the application of technology.

Goal 2

Provide reliable access and support to current media and instructional technology for the campus community.

Objectives:

2.1 Develop and maintain a technological infrastructure for the distribution of instruction.
2.2 Provide access to and support for technology-based facilities, equipment and media.
2.3 Maintain and support the campus ID and security card system.
2.4 Produce multimedia to support & promote campus activities.
2.5 Provide technological consultative services to the campus community.

Goal 3

Provide media and technology resources and support for the University's Partnership Mission.

Objectives:

3.1 Provide access to media/technology resources to support partnership activities.
3.2 Collaborate with campus and community organizations to promote educational partnerships.
3.3 Provide students with service-learning opportunities in technology fields.
