Technical Cross-Training
At the request of ACM staff, technical cross-training will be required in the majority of work areas throughout ACM. Although technical cross-training will be required of almost every work area, the main areas technical cross-training targets are: Self-Instructional Computer Labs, Student Technology Support Center, Assistive Computing Resource Center, Media Services, Coyote OneCard, and Special Events. Cross-training of these work areas will give employees a greater, hands-on understanding of the functions of ACM, as well as maximize staffing hours, especially during peak periods throughout the year.
